This issue should now be resolved and no longer occurring going forward. Please re-trigger scoring on any previously reported exams that were attempted after 8pm CT on March 11, 2025 up until today at 2:00pm CT on March 12, 2025(US based clients) and 12pm CT on March 11, 2025 up until today at 2:00pm CT on March 12, 2025(APAC based clients).
You can uncheck a student under the score column in the exam taker activity tab and navigate to the reporting/adjust scoring tab to re-trigger scoring.

The issue has been identified. We are working to resolve the problem and return normal functions to the portal.
